MISSION CENTRAL!!!!!!
On Sunday John, Jenn, Thad, Annalise, and Angus drove up to Iowa to stay with friends who live near Mission Central.
On Tuesday morning we went over there at 10:30am and joined a large group there to see two missionaries who are on home service present about the work they are doing in their countries.
Once we were done in Iowa we went to Omaha for the night and the next morning we got to have breakfast with Sarah Kanoy, fellow newly appointed missionary to Kenya! It was good to see her again. The Wolf Pack plans to adopt Sarah since she'll be single in Kenya and we're kind of known for adopting people. :)
Quick trip of a week, with so many wonderful visits crammed in! What a blessing to see so much family as we traveled!

If you've never been to Mission Central and you're ever anywhere near Mapleton IA, I STRONGLY recommend going in for a visit. Gary Thies and his over 60 volunteers have put together a NOT NORMAL set up to support the work of missionaries all over the world. They are the instruments of the Lord's work. He uses their skills and knowledge to further His own kingdom! To find out more about the Not Normal work being done in Mapleton please go to their website for Mission Central where there are all the missionaries that they support in prayer!
After our day at Mission Central we stopped at the Lutheran Church in Mapleton because their pastor just accepted a call to John's parent's church! We stopped by and introduced ourselves while Annalise and Thad played on their very fun playground equipment!
