We are laity. John is not a pastor, nor does he play one on TV. One of the greatest blessings at missionary training is that we get to go to chapel three times a day! Ok, sometimes we have to remind the kidlets that we do in fact GET to go to chapel, not have to go. We begin our day with morning prayer, attend a matins service mid morning, and end our work day with vespers. It is a wonderful thing these two weeks to be able to attend these services and have such an on hand reminder of why we've become missionaries.
Thank-you to the Office of International Missions for putting this together for us and pointing us to Christ and Him crucified for our sins.
