Getting to Know Wolf Cubs!

I thought you all might like a few pictures of the kids, to get to know them a little.

Babies get into anything they can! Angus was trying to figure out how to get out!

Angus, being the 5th, is VERY capable and very independent. He doesn't much like being fed, can you tell? Has to eat it on his own!

This is Thad in our new house, he's very into dressing up as soldiers, sometimes it's Revolutionary War, sometimes it's British sailors (from watching a LOT of Horatio Hornblower), sometimes it's Greek or Roman or Viking or... you get the picture. This is a sea captain (note the socks to make the pants more like breeches).

Annalise loves her pink cowgirl boots. She loves wearing dresses, especially pink dresses!

Our cousin had a baby girl two months after Angus was born. Her daughter is a dainty little thing. Angus is less dainty. One day we called her a "little doll" and then looked at Angus and said, "you're a MOOSE." So here he is, the Moose! 

Poor Angus, his parents saddled him with a name that most Americans recognize as a kind of beef - so here he is, two Angus Males. :) - They made sure to stay on the opposite side of the corral from the Angus Bull.

He sure liked being held by his cowgirl friend and look! The black Angus is checking out the pasty white Angus. ;)

Oh LOOK The Baby Angus is into EVERYTHING!

This is Annalise and her best friend (who is the daughter of Anna's godparents). Before we set off on this journey to be missionaries we were stationed in Colorado where her best friend lives and the two girls took ballet/tap together. Now whenever they get together they dress up in Princess dresses or Dance clothes. Look! Annalise is wearing Pink! 

Ian is our oldest, he's pretty quiet. He's very helpful too. Strange sense of humor, and pretty, no, REALLY shy with strangers.

Thad loves life. Loves his family. Never met a stranger. He also gives GREAT hugs.

This is Ian and Sean at Boy Scout camp this last summer on cam day.  They were blessed to be able to attend camp with Ian's best friend (who is the son of both boys' godparents)

Annalise and her best friend again. They got Best Friends Forever necklaces - Annalise got the pink half!

Sean is kind of a sly one. He just loves the little kids. Loves our babies. This is "The Doll," our cousin's daughter who is two months younger than Angus. Sean is always so happy to play with both babies!

Ian Loves Dragons and other mythical creatures. This is his Viking shirt. Notice the dragon on the shoulder.

See, Thad LOVES dressing as a soldier, and who needs a professional costume? That boy can turn anything into a costume. He's a roman Soldier in this one. 

Sean loves just about anything to do with War history as well. He was so excited to get the Playmobil Roman ship for his birthday - it's one of his treasured belongings.

He also loves Chocolate, and coffee, and baseball caps. He was so excited to be able to cut his own cake for his birthday this year!
